Offer-Toffer helps users discover third-party promotions. Unless explicitly stated, we are not the seller and do not control partner inventory, payment, delivery, refunds or fulfilment.

Offer availability

Offers may be subject to eligibility, location, stock, minimum spend, expiry and partner terms. The partner’s checkout and published conditions determine final availability.

Acceptable use

Users must not automate abusive requests, bypass access controls, submit deceptive listings, manipulate analytics, upload malicious content or misuse another organization’s identity.

Listing accuracy

Offer-Toffer administrators maintain listings using approved business sources and promptly correct expired or misleading promotions when identified.

Accounts

Administrator and Business accounts are issued privately by Offer-Toffer. Account holders are responsible for account security and activity performed through their credentials.
